Step Into a More Intentional 2026 - You’re Invited

There’s something magical about this season - a sense of reflection, hope, and fresh energy for what’s ahead. Every year around this time, I find myself craving more intention, more alignment in my life. And that is exactly why I created the Intentional Living Experience.

This event was born from a simple desire:
To give people a space where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and learn the practical and sustainable habits that make an intentional, fulfilled life possible, even in the midst of our busiest seasons.

I’ve seen firsthand how easily we can drift into autopilot. Between work, family, commitments, and constant responsibilities, it’s hard to pause long enough to ask: Is this the life I want to be living?
This gathering is my answer to that question, a way to bring people together to realign, recharge, and step into a healthier, more grounded version of themselves.

And today, I am so excited to finally share it with you.

This week on the Intentional Living Podcast, Dr. Emlah Tubuo welcomes back Dr. Pragna Patel Dadhania - OBGYN, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, to dive into the often-overlooked topic of women’s sexual health. After overwhelming listener feedback from her first episode, Dr. Dedania returns to discuss the hormonal changes of midlife, the impact of sleep and stress on libido, and the common yet rarely discussed symptoms of GSM (genitourinary syndrome of menopause). She also highlights both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, including vaginal estrogen and compounded therapies like scream cream, while encouraging women to seek help when symptoms begin impacting daily life. This candid, empowering conversation reminds women they’re not alone, and they don’t have to simply “push through” these changes.

As we close out our 4-week journey through the Four Pillars of Intentional Living - Nutrition, Movement, Inner Alignment, and now our fourth and final pillar - Positive Social Connections - I keep coming back to one simple truth: wellness is not meant to be done alone. This pillar is often the most overlooked, yet it may be the most powerful. Research shows that loneliness and social isolation are linked to a 26–29% higher risk of premature death, a risk comparable to well-known factors like...

We’ve spent the last few weeks walking through the Four Pillars of Intentional Living, and this week we’re focusing on one of my favorites: Inner Alignment. Inner Alignment can mean many things, emotional steadiness, mental clarity, feeling grounded in your day-to-day life. But as a pharmacist, I often look at Inner Alignment through a slightly different (and very practical) lens: biomarker alignment. Because here’s the truth, your body whispers long before it screams. Subtle symptoms show up...

This week, we’re turning our attention to the Movement pillar. Movement is about more than formal workouts or step goals (although these are important) it’s about supporting how our bodies are designed to function every day. Regular movement improves insulin sensitivity, supports cardiovascular health, preserves muscle mass, and plays a critical role in metabolic and hormonal balance. Even brief bouts of movement throughout the day can reduce inflammation, enhance circulation, and improve...
